This period there are many sports activities, new sports to try out and of course lots of fun. During sports week, local sports clubs and associations open their doors to get residents moving again or more. The new sports season gets off to a festive start with the Wassenaar Sports Week.<\/p>\n<p>Fit in Wassenaar organizes an extensive program with various activities together with sports and exercise providers. \u201cThe goal is to let residents experience how fun, healthy and connecting sports can be,\u201d says Dirk, who is an exercise coach and club supporter at Fit in Wassenaar.<\/p>\n<p>The program ranges from mind sports to running, from swimming to badminton. There is something for everyone and participation is possible for everyone. Whether you are young or older, have a disability or not, are a fanatic athlete or not: The Wassenaar Sports Week is the time to try something new. There is plenty to do and participation is FREE! The Wassenaar Sports Week is supported by the municipality of Wassenaar.
