Beginners course The Hague Roadrunners
The first training of the new beginners course at The Hague Road Runners starts on Sunday, September 17. If you are an inexperienced runner, you have made previous attempts to start running again and it did not go as you wanted and you need professional guidance, then the HRR Beginners Course is the course for you. Our enthusiastic and experienced trainers are happy to help you achieve your goal!
The beginners training is given on Sunday morning at 9:30 am and on Thursday evening at 7:00 pm. You are expected to attend both training sessions.
The costs are €60. For this you get:
– 12 weeks of training,
– expert guidance from our trainers, including a schedule, – a festive brunch,
– a bar credit card,
– a nice 5-kilometer race to work towards.
Start to run with Running Group Wassenaarse Slag
The new course ‘start to run’ starts on Tuesday, October 10. Would you like to run together in a group? Do you want to exercise outdoors? Always wanted to run but never took the first step? Running group De Wassenaarse has been providing a running course specifically aimed at novice runners for a number of years. This course is also suitable for people without running experience.
