Rock and Water training, for strengthening resilience

This training is intended for children from Wassenaar in groups 5 to 8 of primary school. Rock & Water is a social competence and resilience training for children in groups 5 to 8 of primary school. The training uses a psycho-physical method, in which action such as play, physical exercises and self-defense forms alternate with moments of self-reflection and group discussions. Children learn by doing, feeling and experiencing, so they better understand what they learn and can apply it in their daily lives. 8 sessions of 1 hour Groups of maximum 10 children Cost: €35 per child Time: Wednesday 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM Location: will follow after registration Would you like more information?
