Sports Activity Day for Ages 55+

On Friday, October 9, a fun and active day will be organised from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM for all residents aged 55 and over.

During this Sports Taster Day at Sterrenbad, residents can try out a variety of physical activities at their own level. This day is all about meeting others, getting active and having fun. Participation is completely free and is offered by Fit in Wassenaar in collaboration with local sports and physical activity providers.

In addition to the activities, information will be available about fall prevention and Fietsmaatjes Wassenaar.

It’s a great opportunity for residents who would like to become more active to try out different activities! Feel free to come with someone or join us on your own.
